PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote medical system which is reasonable in equipment cost and has good operability.SOLUTION: There is provided a remote medical system that comprises: a server 10 which is capable of storing a medical checkup file 111 containing users medical checkup data or the like, a hospital file 123 containing the names of hospitals or the like, and a partner nursing facility file 121 containing the names of nursing facilities having a partnership with the hospitals or the like and a nursing facility terminal 30 and a hospital terminal 20 which are mutually connected to the server 10 via a net line &alpha. When receiving a remote medical checkup request, the nursing facility terminal 30 searches the partner nursing facility file 121 to display a list of hospitals having a partnership with the nursing facility. When a desired hospital is selected from among the hospitals, the nursing facility terminal searches the hospital file 123 for the hospital terminal 20 of the hospital to establish a line connection to the hospital terminal 20 for television telephone conversation.【課題】設備コストが安く操作性も良好な遠隔医療システムを提供する。【解決手段】利用者の健診データ等を記憶する健診ファイル111、病院の名称等を記憶する病院ファイル123、その病院が提携した介護施設の名称等を記憶する提携介護施設ファイル121が格納可能なサーバ10と、サーバ10との間でネット回線αを通じて相互接続された介護施設端末機30、病院端末機20等を備えている。介護施設端末機30は、遠隔診察を受けたい旨が入力されると提携介護施設ファイル121を検索して当該介護施設と提携関係にある病院をリスト表示し、その中から希望する病院が選択入力されると病院ファイル123を検索して当該病院に対応する病院端末機20との間で回線接続してテレビ通話可能にする機能を有する。【選択図】図1
