The invention relates to a device for culinary preparation with a mixture of ingredients contained in said device, and to the integrated measurement of the temperature of the mixture. Said device is characterized in that the first work tool (1, 5, 8, 17, 31, 69, 83, 97) is designed in the shape of an arm (83) having, on the side of the drive means, a very flattened, aerodynamic profile, said profile being extended by an arm which has a pronounced spiral shape at the start, and a less pronounced spiral shape in the median portion becoming emphasized up to the free end of the arm (83), said end being slightly raised and having a flattened spoon shape or the shape of an arm (69) having a major portion of the surface of the arm (69) turned towards the outside of the bowl (2, 11, 20, 46, 52, 60, 68, 80,106, 127-130), and opposite a portion of the wall of the bowl (80) and the bottom of the bowl (80) and being applied against same, said arm (69) extending in the shape of an S and being capable of leaving a mark during cooking on the finished product manufactured in the bowl; said arm (17, 69) preferably has a triangular cross-section. The device can be used in the field of culinary preparation.
