The present invention provides a novel method for labeling with radioactive iodine (BTM) biological targeting molecules of interest. Also provided are radiopharmaceutical composition comprising a radioactive iodinated BTM on a new radioiodinated BTM list that was prepared by using this method. The present invention provides a useful and in vivo imaging method using radioiodinated BTM and radioiodinated intermediates in the process.
