PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate packing deposed in a mating surface of a stirring container of a food material stirring device.SOLUTION: On an inner wall surface of a drum 3 constituting a food material stirring device 1, a guide part 3a2 (3b2) which extends toward an upper side drum 3b (lower side drum 3a) in a rear side across a mating surface S1 (S2) from the inner wall surface of the lower side drum 3a (upper side drum 3b) in a front side to a rolling direction R1 of the drum 3 and guides vinegar V in the lower side drum 3a (upper side drum 3b) in the front side during rotation of the drum 3 to flow into the upper side drum 3b (lower side drum 3a) in the rear side over the mating surface S1 (S2) in vicinity with mating surfaces S1 and S2 of the lower side drum 3a and the upper side drum 3b. Thereby the vinegar V can be prevented from leaking from the mating surface S1 and S2 of the drum 3 during rotation operation of the drum 3. Thereby packing of the mating surface S of the drum 3 can be eliminated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6【課題】食材攪拌装置の攪拌容器の合わせ目に介在されるパッキンを無くす。【解決手段】食材攪拌装置１を構成するドラム３の内壁面において、下側ドラム３ａと上側ドラム３ｂとの合わせ目Ｓ１，Ｓ２の近傍に、ドラム３の回転方向Ｒ１に対して先方側の下側ドラム３ａ（上側ドラム３ｂ）の内壁面から合わせ目Ｓ１（Ｓ２）を跨いで後方側の上側ドラム３ｂ（下側ドラム３ａ）に向かって延び、ドラム３の回転時に先方側の下側ドラム３ａ（上側ドラム３ｂ）内の食酢Ｖが合わせ目Ｓ１（Ｓ２）を越えて後方側の上側ドラム３ｂ（下側ドラム３ａ）内に流れるように案内する案内部３ａ２（３ｂ２）を設けた。これにより、ドラム３の回転動作の際にドラム３の合わせ目Ｓ１，Ｓ２から食酢Ｖが漏れないようにすることができる。このため、ドラム３の合わせ目Ｓのパッキンを無くすことができる。【選択図】図６
