The present invention relates to a composition for inhibiting alpha-synuclein aggregation and a method for inhibiting alpha-synuclein aggregation and, more specifically, to techniques for inhibiting alpha-synuclein aggregation and phosphorylation by introducing Nurr1 and Foxa2 genes to induce the expressions thereof, and the composition according to the present disclosure has an excellent effect of inhibiting α-synuclein aggregation and phosphorylation and thus can be used in the treatment and prevention of Parkinson's disease.La présente invention se rapporte à une composition destinée à inhiber l'agrégation d'alpha-synucléine et à un procédé permettant d'inhiber l'agrégation d'alpha-synucléine et, plus particulièrement, à des techniques d'inhibition de l'agrégation et de la phosphorylation de l'alpha-synucléine par l'introduction des gènes Nurr1 et Foxa2 pour induire leurs expressions, et la composition selon la présente divulgation a un excellent effet d'inhibition de l'agrégation et de la phosphorylation de l'α-synucléine et peut donc être utilisée dans le traitement et la prévention de la maladie de Parkinson.
