PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of miniaturizing a focus unit of an ophthalmographic apparatus.SOLUTION: The ophthalmographic apparatus includes an illumination optical system, an imaging optical system, and a focus unit. The illumination optical system guides an illumination luminous flux to a fundus oculi of a subject's eye. The imaging optical system includes a focus lens provided movably along an imaging optical axis and captures an image of the fundus oculi illuminated by the illumination luminous flux. The focus unit forms an optical path branched from an optical path of the illumination optical system, is provided movably along the illumination optical axis and applies focus light to the fundus oculi. The focus unit includes a light source and an optical member. The optical member has a reflection surface that, while splitting a part of the light output from the light source part into two or more luminous fluxes, deflects the luminous fluxes and guides them to the optical path of the illumination optical system. The ophthalmographic apparatus adjusts the focus using the focus lens and the focus unit.
