PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve visibility of a lesion in a combined 2D image with tomosynthesis imaging.SOLUTION: A medical image processing device according to an embodiment includes a detection unit and an image processing unit. The detection unit detects a position of a lesion of a breast in a plurality of tomographic images contained in three-dimensional medical data obtained by tomosynthesis-imaging the breast of a subject.
