The instrument is also provided with: an inner structure (2) that is supported so as to allow movement between a first position in which the needle point (241) is positioned on the base end side of the leading end opening (31) when the body-contacting member (3) is set on the body surface, and a second position in which the needle point (241) protrudes on the leading end side of the leading end opening (31) and pierces the body surface and a restricting member (6) that is detachably fitted on the inner structure (2).
