The present invention relates to Yakbab (Korean sweet rice with nuts and jujubes), wherein an inner layer of Yakbab is formed in a baked rice cake outer layer as a sandwich. In addition, the baked rice cake outer layer is topped with one or more nuts. The baked rice cake layer is formed by baking dough kneaded with glutinous rice flour and cinnamon powder as main ingredients in an oven. The baked rice cake outer layer provides a different texture from the inner layer of Yakbab, and the nuts topped on the outer layer can satisfy taste of consumers not only in texture but also in color. The baked rice cake Yakbab of the present invention can be widely used as a snack or a nutritional food.본 발명은 약밥에 관한 것으로서, 떡구이 겉층 내에 약밥 속층이 샌드위치 처럼 구성된다. 또한, 떡구이 겉층은 하나 이상의 견과류로 토핑되어 있다. 떡구이 겉층은 찹쌀가루와 계피가루를 주재료로 반죽한 것을 오븐에서 구어 형성된다. 떡구이 겉층은 약밥 속층과 다른 식감을 제공하며, 겉층에 토핑된 견과류는 식감 뿐만아니라 색감에 있어서도 소비자의 기호를 충족시킬 수 있다. 본 발명의 떡구이 약밥은 긴식 및 영양식으로 널리 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
