Specifically, when a syringe needle is inserted in a cap, a user is prevented from being damaged, and a reuse of a discarded syringe or a syringe needle can be fundamentally blocked. Also, production costs are reduced, and a production procedure can be simplified. To this end, the syringe safety cap assembly of the present invention comprises: an accommodation cap for accommodating at least a part of a syringe needle support or a syringe needle disposed to be inserted therein and a support unit connected with the accommodation cap, and supporting the accommodation cap not to fall with respect to a floor surface. The support unit comprises: a gravity center weight part disposed at the bottom thereof, providing a gravity center, and connected with the accommodation cap a side wall part extended to the top from the side surface of the gravity center weight part to have a convex curve shape and an opening part defined in the side wall part.
