The present invention relates to a syringe safety cap assembly and, particularly, to a syringe safety cap assembly, which can prevent a user from being hurt when inserting a syringe needle into a cap and can also fundamentally block the reuse of a syringe or a syringe needle, which are to be discarded. To this end, the present invention provides a syringe safety cap assembly comprising: an accommodation cap into which a syringe needle or at least a part of a syringe needle support can be inserted and accommodated therein and a support part connected to the accommodation cap so as to support the accommodation cap such that the accommodation cap does not fall onto a floor surface, wherein the support part comprises a housing part of which a part of at least an outer surface has a curved outline, and when the accommodation cap is put onto the floor, the support part guides the accommodation cap such that the accommodation cap is stood upright on the floor or eventually is stood on the floor while selectively wobbling from side to side.
