PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cosmetic composition having good dispersibility of shea butter in which a liquid hydrocarbon and shea butter are blended.SOLUTION: There is provided a hair cosmetic composition in which (A) a liquid hydrocarbon, (B) shea butter and (C) (moringa oil/hydrogenated moringa oil) esters are blended, wherein the blending amount of water is 2 mass% or less and the ratio of the blending amount of (C) to the blending amount of (B) preferably is 0.5 to 2.0.
