PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical drape certainly covering both legs even when a patient opens both the legs, maintaining a superior wearing state of the drape without imposing a burden on the patient, and enabling a doctor positioned between the legs of the patient to smoothly perform work.SOLUTION: A width direction central part of a drape body 1 is disposed with a first opening part 2 allowing exposure of an abdominal part of the patient, and a position separate from the first opening part 2 is disposed with a second opening part 3 allowing exposure of the pubic region and/or the anus part of the patient. A pair of leg part covering pieces 18, 27 capable of individually covering two legs of the patient are provided on the second opening part 3 side of the drape body 1.
