PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infusion pump having a cover that is opened easily even by a weak person wherein the cover is prevented from opening when a button is touched unintendedly due to falling or the like.SOLUTION: The infusion pump comprises a main unit 11 that supplies liquid by pressing an infusion tube and the cover 12 connected rotatably to the main unit 11. The main unit 11 has the buttons 16 and 16 which are exposed on the top side, the cover becomes rotatable by pressing the buttons inward from the sides of the main unit. Distal faces 16a of the buttons project outward from the side faces 44 of the main unit. At positions P1 where the distal faces 16a located inside of the side faces 44 of the main unit, the cover becomes rotatable.
