PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe for which mounting completion of a plunger to a gasket can be confirmed and the gasket is not easily deformed even when the plunger is tilted.SOLUTION: The gasket 3 of the syringe 1 comprises a gasket body 6 and a member 7 for mounting the plunger, and the mounting member 7 includes a spiral rib 74 and a mounting member side slide engaging part 75 provided on a proximal end side flange part 78. The gasket body 6 includes a spiral screwing part 63 to be screwed with the spiral rib and a housing part 62 for housing a spiral rib formed part. The plunger 4 includes a plunger side slide engaging part 40 to be engaged with the slide engaging part 75.
