To provide a hydroponic apparatus that can measure the transpiration rate of a cultivated crop with high accuracy, and to provide cultivation systems using the apparatus.SOLUTION: A hydroponic apparatus comprises a cultivation bed bath 1, a nutrient solution tank 2, an apparatus 3 which supplies a nutrient solution from the nutrient solution tank 2 to the cultivation bed bath 1, a recovery apparatus 4 which returns the nutrient solution discharged from the cultivation bed bath 1 to the nutrient solution tank 2, a liquid supply apparatus 5 which supplies the nutrient solution or water to the nutrient solution tank, and a liquid supply rate measurement apparatus 6. The amount of the nutrient solution supplied to the nutrient solution tank 2 through the liquid supply apparatus 5 is measured by the liquid supply rate measurement apparatus 6 so that the liquid level in the nutrient solution tank 2 is always constant.
