PURPOSE: A producing method of drinking soft tofu using mulberry water and helianthus tuberosus is provided to secure the effect of preventing adult diseases. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of drinking soft tofu comprises the following steps: washing helianthus tuberosus and grinding with 2liters of mulberry water; washing beans and soaking; inserting twice amount of water to the soaked beans and crushing, before dividing into bean water and bean-curd dregs; boiling the bean water in 100~110deg C; inserting a coagulating agent to the boiled bean water; mixing the grinded helianthus tuberosus with the mulberry water, with the coagulated soft tofu; and vacuum packing the mixed soft tofu.
