Embodiments of the present invention provide an information processing method, comprising: combining first information bits of all of a plurality of user equipments to obtain a first combined bit; performing channel coding on the first combined bit by using a first coding mode to obtain a first coded bit; and transmitting the first coded bit to each of the plurality of user equipments. According to the embodiments of the present invention, information bits of all of a plurality of user equipments are combined to obtain a combined bit, and uniform coding is performed on the combined bit to obtain a coded bit, so that a user equipment can obtain its own corresponding information bit from the coded bit; when coding is performed by using a coding mode where a coding gain increases with an increase in code length, the coding gain can be improved and the channel coding performance can be improved.
