PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To substantially reduce material costs and assembly costs by simplification of leg structures.SOLUTION: A rain shelter house for a flat shelf comprises: a roof structure; and leg structures 50 for supporting the roof structure at a required height. The leg structures 50 include: side part pipe supports 51 erected on the ground at a predetermined interval in a front/rear direction along right and left peripheral lines 4 of the flat shelf to support right and left end parts 41 of the roof structure; fixing means 60 for fixing each side part pipe support 51 to the respective peripheral line 4 such that the right and left side part pipe supports 51 disposed along the peripheral lines 4 hold a straight line; support tension wires 70 for tension-fastening between upper parts of the side part pipe supports 51 opposite to each other at the right and left sides; and pipe beams 55 for fixing between the upper parts of the side part pipe supports 51 at right and left sides, end parts 41 of the roof structure being fixed to the pipe beams 55.【課題】脚構造の構成を簡素化して材料コスト及び組み立てコストを大幅に低減する。【解決手段】屋根構造と屋根構造を所要高さに支持するための脚構造50とを有し、脚構造50は、屋根構造の左右の端部41を支持するために平棚の左右側の周囲線4に沿って前後方向へ所定の間隔を有して地上に立設した側部パイプ支柱51と、周囲線4に沿って配置した左右側の側部パイプ支柱51が一直線を保持するように、各側部パイプ支柱51を周囲線4に固定する固定手段60と、左右側で対向する側部パイプ支柱51の上部間を緊張締結する支持張線70と、左右側の各側部パイプ支柱51の上端部間を固定するパイプ桁55と、を有し、パイプ桁55上に屋根構造の端部41を固定する。【選択図】図3
