PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display, at a high frame rate, an image with high image quality for determining whether or not an observation region is included in a three-dimensional area to be scanned by a mechanical 4D probe.SOLUTION: An ultrasound diagnosis apparatus includes an ultrasound probe, a scanning controller, and a display controller. The ultrasound probe is configured to be capable of performing ultrasound three dimensional scanning by swinging a plurality of transducers in a direction orthogonal to the arrangement direction of the plurality of transducers. The scanning controller is configured to control the ultrasound probe to scan a plurality of intersecting cross sections while swinging the plurality of transducers.
