PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive film suitable for an antistatic material, an antibacterial material, and freezing of food.SOLUTION: The conductive film is made by applying or impregnating a binder solution 3 in which zinc oxide particles and/or titanium oxide particles are dispersed in an hydrophilic binder on a substrate 1 made of paper or nonwoven fabric and has 105&Omega/sq. to 1012&Omega/sq. of sheet resistance. When food is wrapped with this conductive film and cooled in electric field to make the food supercooled and then the electric field is eliminated and freezed rapidly, formation of large ice crystals is controlled and good freezing condition is provided and then freshness of food is preserved by freezing.
