PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food storage cabinet sufficiently exhibiting effects such as mildewproofing, deodorizing, removal of ethylene gas and moisture retention.
SOLUTION: This food storage cabinet 4 is provided as follows. An electrostatic atomizer A is equipped with a water particle releasing part 1, a counter electrode 2 opposite to the water particle releasing part 1, a water feeding means for feeding water W to the water particle releasing part 1 and a voltage applying part 3 for applying a high voltage across the water particle releasing part 1 and the counter electrode 2. Thereby, the atomizer A is composed as follows. Charged microparticulate water M of a nanometer size is produced from water in the water particle releasing part 1 by applying the high voltage across the water particle releasing part 1 and the counter electrode 2. The electrostatic atomizer A is installed in the interior of the storage cabinet 4 provided in a kitchen.
