PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to produce a fillet longer than the diameter of a jellyfish without using special tools and devices such as a non-linear cutting blade and a high-pressure water injector, a laser beam irradiation device, and a rotary table that are not considered as popular items.SOLUTION: A method of cut-off processing of jellyfish is provided, the method comprising: folding steps ST1, ST2 of folding a circular jellyfish J into a hemicycle OAB, OAB, OAB into a quarter sector OAB with a center angle of 90 degrees by giving fold lines between two orthogonal diameters AA, BB and making a square four-folded shape a cutting step ST3 of applying a cut C to either one of four radials OA, O A, OB, O B and a cutting-off step ST4 of placing the jellyfish J folded in the quarter sector OAB and applied a cut C on a belt conveyer F, and applying a plurality of cutting-offs in parallel with a subtense S of the quarter sector OAB with a linear guillotine cutter G.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】 非直線状の切断刃や高圧水噴射装置、レーザ光照射装置、回転テーブルといった、普及品とは言えない特殊な道具や装置を使用しなければ、クラゲの直径よりも長い切り身を生産することができないという課題があった。【解決手段】 円形状のクラゲJを、直交する2つの直径AA’,BB’に折り目を付けて直角4つ折りにし扇形OA’B,OAB’,OA’B’を中心角90度の扇形OABに折り重ねる折り重ねステップST1,ST2と、4つの半径OA,OA’,OB,OB’のうちのいずれか1つに切込みCを入れる切込みステップST3と、扇形OABに折り重ねて切込みCを入れたクラゲJを、ベルトコンベアF上に載せて扇形OABの弦Sと平行に直線状のギロチンカッターGで複数切断する切断ステップST4とを備えるようにする。【選択図】 図1
