PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow measurement of the depth of a periodontal pocket without suffering a patient, and furthermore, visual checking of the presence of calculus on the dental root surface and extraneous materials in the periodontal pocket and the place where they are adhered.SOLUTION: The dental probe includes: a grip part 2 having an air supplying conduit line a probe part 3 mounted on the tip of the grip part 2 a nozzle part 6 having an air spraying opening 4 at the tip, while being bent along the tip direction of the probe part 3 with the rear end integrally held on the fixed part of the grip part 2.
