PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide easy usability, convenient portability, and sanitary post-processing for a dog dropping collection device by simplifying the technical structure to the utmost.SOLUTION: An opening of a bag part for collecting dog droppings is surrounded with four rotatable angles 2 and connected with connection shafts. The bag part of the angles becomes square when opened and, when the opening is closed, the four angles are closed to become nearly straight. A shaft 1 with a bent tip end is fixed at one end of the angles and, at the end of the angle on the opposite side through the connection shaft, a fixed part of the chevron shaped bag part lever 3 is attached which is composed of a grip part and the fixed part. The grip part of this bag part lever is connected with a wire 14 to a pull lever of an operation part which is composed of the pull lever and a grip 7 on the opposite side of the shaft.
