The present invention relates to a composition for treating inflammatory brain disease comprising stem cell-derived exosome as an active ingredient. The stem cell-derived exosome according to the present invention can advantageously be used in the treatment of inflammatory brain disease, since the exosome has outstanding therapeutic effects of suppressing cell death due to inflammation in nerve cells, and, in an inflammatory-brain-disease animal model, increasing survival rates, and markedly reducing brain damage and the inflammatory cytokine figures due to inflammatory reactions such as oedema.본 발명은 줄기세포 유래 엑소좀을 유효성분으로 포함하는 뇌 염증성 질환의 치료용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 줄기세포 유래 엑소좀은 신경세포에서 염증에 의한 세포의 사멸을 억제하고, 뇌 염증성 질환 동물모델에서 생존률을 증가시키며, 부종 등 염증 반응으로 인한 뇌 손상 및 염증성 사이토카인 수치를 현저하게 감소시키는 등 우수한 치료 효과를 가지고 있어, 뇌 염증성 질환의 치료에 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
