PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscopic device capable of improving operability by reducing troublesome operations, and a program.
SOLUTION: A reference point designating section 18b designates three reference points on an image based on a picture signal. A burning formation point calculating section 18d processes the picture signal in an image region based on each of a plurality of points set on a reference ellipsoid determined by the three reference points so as to calculate out burning formation points forming a burning. A burning formation point correcting section 18g corrects the burning formation points on the basis of a designation from a user. A burning size calculating section 18e calculates out a size of the burning on the basis of the burning formation points.
