The present invention relates to a suture thread insertion kit which can be used to connect or fix animal tissues in various medical environments. More specifically, a slit groove is formed or a hold member including the slit groove formed thereon is installed at the rear end part of an injection needle, so that a suture thread is fixed to the injection needle by means of a technique to fix the suture thread to the slit groove. Multiple enlarged grooves are formed on a protective cap so as to accommodate a part of the suture thread in the enlarged grooves when the injection needle is connected with the protective cap so that the suture thread is fixed and protected by means of a technique to expose the end of the other part of the suture thread to the outside. In the suture thread insertion kit, the fixed suture thread can be prevented from being displaced from a position designed to be fixed during product procedures such as the transportation, storage, control, and use thereof.
