The present invention relates to a suture thread insertion kit for connecting or fixing animal tissues in various healthcare environments, and more particularly, to a suture thread insertion kit capable of preventing a fixed suture thread from being displaced from a fixedly designed location in the process of transportation, storage, manipulation and use of the product, in which the suture thread is fixed to a needle through a method including fixing the suture thread to a slit groove by forming the slit groove on a rear end of the needle or providing a hold member on which the slit groove is formed to the rear end of the needle and in which the suture thread is fixed to the needle and protected through a method including accommodating a part of the suture thread in the extension groove and exposing the other end of the suture thread to the exterior when the needle and a protective cap are coupled to each other by forming a plurality of extension grooves on the protective cap.
