PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably prevent screws being slacked by vibrations during the transportation or the manufacturing process when a plunger rod and a gasket are connected by screwing the threads.SOLUTION: A male thread 23 is provided on the peripheral surface of a columnar part 22 of the plunger rod 20. A protrusion 25 is provided on the inner surface of the columnar part 22 from the proximal end to the distal end. A female thread 33 screwed with the male thread 23 is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the gasket 30. A recess 36 corresponding to the protrusion 25 is provided on the bottom wall 32 of the gasket 30.
