PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the entire length of a plunger rod and a length of a gasket in the axial direction short while ensuring the connection of the plunger rod and the gasket for the easy manipulation.SOLUTION: A columnar part 22 is provided on a distal end surface part 21 of the plunger rod 20. A first thread part 23 is provided on the peripheral surface of the columnar part 22. A cylindrical part 31 where the columnar part 22 is inserted is provided on the gasket 30. A second thread part 33 screwed with the first thread part 23 is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical part 31.
