A first screw part 23 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the columnar part 22. A cylindrical part 31 into which the columnar part 22 is inserted is provided on the gasket 30. A second screw part 33 screwed with the first screw part 23 is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical part 31.
