PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding type portable chair, which is used outdoor or indoor, which is daily portable, which can be easily operated, and which has a light-weight and a small size.SOLUTION: A portable chair 1A is initially enlarged and molded to have a faucet bottom face to arrange air supply/discharge means 3 having a vent hole and a gasket at an intermediate portion of an external screw type cylindrical mouth, so that an air internal pressure can be instantly discharged by a half-turn operation to turn a cap back and forth. A grounding enlarged stay 8 is so formed at a base plate as can arbitrarily go in and out.
