A portable pulse modulation device includes a control module and two electrode elements. The control module further comprises a storage unit, a processing unit and a modulating unit. A baseline wave parameter is stored in the storage unit. The processing unit is electrically connected with the storage unit to read the baseline wave parameter, and accordingly to produce a wave correcting parameter. The modulating unit is electrically connected to the processing unit so that a wave correcting current can be modulated in accordance with the wave correcting parameter.
