This invention discloses a frequency modulation spray device and a spray method thereof. The frequency modulation spray device comprises a power unit, a vibration unit, a frequency modulation processing unit and a driving unit. The power unit is used to supply power to the frequency modulation processing unit and the driving unit. The vibration unit is used to vibrate liquid to form spray after tearing the liquid to small droplets. The frequency modulation processing unit is used to output a predetermined frequency range. A plurality of frequencies of the predetermined frequency range comprise or approach a resonance frequency corresponding to a maximum current value which is obtained while the current is flowed to the vibration unit.
