A plurality of characteristic points of the characteristic wave are recognized by the processing unit. Based on the characteristic points, the characteristic wave is divided to a plurality of characteristic wave segments by the processing unit. Fitting is performed to the characteristic wave segments by the processing unit, so as to obtain a fitting curve. Based on the fitting curve, an evaluation parameter of the characteristic wave is calculated by the processing unit.
