The present invention relates to an agricultural and marine product sorting type refrigeration processing device which comprises a refrigeration processing unit, an input cover unit, and a vibration transfer unit. The refrigeration processing unit includes: a refrigeration casing which has a rectangular shape with an open upper part, and a first and a second mesh net horizontally installed therein at a vertical interval; a first outlet and a second outlet which are installed at the back side of the refrigeration casing in order to communicate with the end of the back side of the first and second mesh nets; and a plurality of cold air inlets which are installed in the lower part of the left and right both side surfaces of the refrigeration casing at regular forward and backward intervals such that cold air from a cooling unit can enter through the cold air inlets and be supplied upwards by penetrating the first and second mesh nets. The input cover unit includes: an upper casing which has a rectangular shape with an open lower part, and is installed in the upper part of the refrigeration casing while being supported on the ground by a plurality of supporting boards; an input port which is installed in the lower part of the front surface of the upper casing in order to input cut agricultural and marine products above the first mesh net of the refrigeration casing; and a plurality of defroster plates which vertically stand therein at regular forward and backward intervals.
