The present invention relates to total knee arthroplasty used for a knee joint including a tibia and a femur of a patient. More specifically, a gap gauge to check a flexion gap before femur posterior cutting comprises a measurement unit to measure a gap between a femur posterior cutting surface and a tibia proximal cutting surface during an artificial knee joint surgery. The measurement unit is coupled and positioned on a slot of a femur posterior cutting guide placed on the femur posterior cutting surface to check the flexion gap before the femur posterior cutting, and comprises a first measurement unit placed between the tibia proximal cutting surface and the cutting guide before femur posterior cutting to measure the flexion gap. The first measurement unit comprises a cutting slot coupling unit coupled to the slot of the cutting guide and a tibia reception unit received on the tibia proximal cutting surface. The cutting slot coupling unit comprises a blade designated to be coupled to a cutting slot of the cutting guide to be inserted into the cutting slot of the cutting guide and a cutting block reception groove receiving the lower part of the cutting guide in insertion of the blade to secure the insertion depth of the gap gauge.본 발명은 치료대상의 경골과 대퇴골을 포함하는 무릎관절에 사용되는 슬관절치환술(Total Knee Anrthroplasty)에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 인공슬관절 수술시, 대퇴골후위절단면과 경골근위절단면 사이의 간격을 측정할 수 있는 측정부를 포함하며, 상기 측정부는 대퇴골 원위 절단면에 위치하는 대퇴골후위절단 커팅가이드의 슬롯에 결합되어 위치 설정됨으로써 대퇴골 후위 절단 전 굴곡 간격을 확인할 수 있고, 상기 측정부는 대퇴골 후위 절단 전, 경골근위절단면과 상기 커팅가이드 사이의 공간에 위치하여 굴곡 간격을 측정하는 제1측정부를 포함하고, 상기 제1측정부는 상기 커팅가이드의 슬롯에 결합되는 커팅슬롯결합부와, 상기 경골 근위 절단면에 안착되는 경골안착부를 포함하고, 상기 커팅슬롯결합부는, 상기 커팅가이드의 커팅슬롯에 결합될 수 있도록 구성되어 상기 커팅가이드의 커팅슬롯에 삽입되는 블레이드와, 상기 블레이드의 삽입시 커팅가이드의 하부를 수용하여 갭 게이지의 삽입깊이를 확보하는 커팅블록수용홈을 포함하여, 대퇴골 후위부 절단 전 굴곡 간격을 확인할 수 있는 갭게이지 및 유닛에 관한 것이다.
