The femoral resection guide comprises a front block, a rear block, a reference gauge means and a locking means. A main scale marked portion is provided corresponding to the front scale member and the rear scale member in order to obtain a size of a patients femur. The front block and the rear block are respectively provided with a resection guide surface for guiding a cutting tool to cut the femur.
