A method of making arranged cell structures is based on the fabrication of hydrogen- and oxygen-terminated on the surface of diamond areas using a plasma discharge and this diamond with chemically altered surface is immersed into the cultivation medium with cells. Cells with the ability to create bone or neural tissue selectively colonize oxygen-terminated (hydrophilic) diamond surface. The key parameter is the optimal starting concentration of cells and the concentration of bovine serum in cultivation medium during the deposition. Moreover, the diamond can be morphologically structured. Either natural or synthetic diamond can be used; the concentration of impurities in diamond is not limited.
