The present invention relates to a microstructure comprising a biocompatible polymer or a pressure-sensitive adhesive, and a method of manufacturing the same. The present inventors optimized the aspect ratio of each microstructure type to secure an optimal tip angle and diameter range for skin permeation. In particular, the B-type and C-type microstructures of the present invention minimize penetration resistance due to skin elasticity when attached to the skin, thereby increasing the penetration rate (60% or more) of the structure and the absorption rate of the useful component in the skin. Further, the D type microstructure of the present invention has a triple structure to maximize the mechanical strength of the structure, thereby facilitating skin permeation. According to the present invention, when a plurality of microstructures are arranged in a hexagonal arrangement, uniform pressure can be transmitted throughout the microstructure when the skin is attached.본 발명은 생체적합성 고분자 또는 점착제를 포함하는 마이크로구조체 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명자들은 각 마이크로구조체의 형태별로 종횡비를 최적화하여 피부 투과를 위한 최적 팁(tip) 각도 및 직경 범위를 확보하였다. 특히, 본 발명의 B 타입 및 C 타입의 마이크로구조체는 피부 부착 시 피부 탄성으로 인한 침투 저항성을 최소화 시킴으로써 구조체의 침투율(60% 이상) 및 유용성분의 피부 내 흡수율을 높일 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 D 타입의 마이크로구조체는 3중 구조를 적용하여 구조체의 기계적 강도를 극대화 함으로써 피부 투과가 용이하다. 본 발명에서 복수 개의 마이크로구조체를 육각형(Hexagonal) 배열 방식을 적용할 경우, 피부 부착 시 마이크로구조체 전체적으로 균등한 압력이 전달될 수 있다는 이점이 있다.
