This disclosure relates to a process for the preparation of N- (4 - {[6,7-bis (methyloxy) quinolin-4-yl] Oxy} phenyl) -N '- (4-fluorophenyl) cyclopropane-1,1-dicarboxamide, and a mixture thereof and a malate salt. The present disclosure also relates to a process for the preparation of one or more N- (4 - {[6,7-bis (methyloxy) quinolin-4- yl] oxy} phenyl) -N ' (4 - {[6,7-bis (methyloxy) quinolin-4-yl] oxy} phenyl) -N '- (4- Fluorophenyl) cyclopropane-1,1-dicarboxamide in the treatment of cancer.본 개시는 (L)-말산염, (D)-말산염, (D,L)-말산염을 포함하는 N-(4-{[6,7-비스(메틸옥시)퀴놀린-4-일]옥시}페닐)-N'-(4-플루오로페닐)사이클로프로판-1,1-디카르복사미드의 말산염 및 이들의 혼합물과 말산염의 결정형 및 비결정형에 관한 것이다. 또한 본 개시는 한 가지 이상의 N-(4-{[6,7-비스(메틸옥시)퀴놀린-4-일]옥시}페닐)-N'-(4-플루오로페닐)사이클로프로판-1,1-디카르복사미드의 말산염으로 구성된 약제학적 조성물과 한 가지 이상의 N-(4-{[6,7-비스(메틸옥시)퀴놀린-4-일]옥시}페닐)-N'-(4-플루오로페닐)사이클로프로판-1,1-디카르복사미드의 말산염을 투여하는 것으로 구성된 항암 치료법에 관한 것이다.
