PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stylet having a freeze-dried medical solution filled inside.SOLUTION: A stylet 10 is prepared, which includes a needle-like part 102 on one surface of a substrate, and includes a hollow hole 103 in the needle-like part. Thereafter, a tip part of the needle-like part 102 is subjected to a water repellent treatment, then the stylet 10 and a medical solution are arranged under a reduced pressure, and the hollow hole 103 of the stylet 10 is brought into contact with a liquid surface of the medical solution. In the state where the hollow hole 103 of the stylet 10 has a contact with the liquid surface of the medical solution, the atmospheric pressure (first pressure) is given again, to thereby fill the hollow hole 103 with the medical solution.
