The accessory (10) further comprises a device (25) for tensioning the elongate element (2), comprising a drum (30) mounted so as to be able to rotate about an axis T, transverse to the axis L, arranged at the proximal end (19) of the rod (15), the drum comprising a holding portion suitable for cooperating with the elongate element (2).
