The present invention concerns an accessory (5) for pre-tensioning an elongate element for attaching an implant to a bone element, by at least partially surrounding said bone element, said accessory (5) comprising a rod (6) having a proximal end (6a) and a distal end (6b), the distal end (6b) being provided with a device (7) for bearing against the implant, said rod (6) extending along a longitudinal axis (L). Advantageously, the rod (6) comprises a device (8) for guiding and blocking the elongate element along the longitudinal axis (L), and the guiding and blocking device (8) comprises a non-return blocker (9) allowing the longitudinal displacement of the elongate element in said guiding and blocking device (8) towards the proximal end (6a) of the rod (6) and preventing the longitudinal displacement of the elongate element towards the distal end (6b) of the rod (6).La présente invention a pour objet un ancillaire de mise en pré-tension (5) d'un élément longiligne pour la fixation d'un implant sur un élément osseux en entourant au moins partiellement ledit élément osseux, ledit ancillaire (5) comprenant une tige (6) ayant des extrémités proximale (6a) et distale (6b), l'extrémité distale (6b) étant munie d'un dispositif d'appui (7) sur ledit implant, ladite tige (6) s'étendant selon un axe longitudinal (L).
