PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact type ultrasonic tonometer, preferably measuring the ocular pressure of a subjects eye.SOLUTION: This non-contact type ultrasonic tonometer includes: an ultrasonic probe having a transmit/receive part which transmits an ultrasonic beam to the cornea of a subjects eye in the non-contact state and receives the cornea reflected wave of the ultrasonic beam, wherein the ocular pressure of the subjects eye is measured based on the characteristic of the cornea reflected wave received by the probe, and the probe includes: a stain detecting means for detecting stains of the transmit/receive part and an informing means for informing the detection result of the stain detecting means.
