The invention relates to an immunomagnetic nanocomposite fabricated via hydrophobic interaction. The immunomagnetic nanocomposite comprises a core, a shell, and an outer layer. The core is encapsulated in the shell formed by a complex, wherein the complex is composed of fucoidan, oxidized dextran, and a plurality of superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles. The outer layer contains at least one antibody, which is immobilized to outside of the shell to form the outer layer.
