In the place of branches junction (20) with the loader rake the flow adjuster is mounted, controlled from the ground surface and having an adjusting scale. The dampers are made of a polymeric material resistant to corrosion and have perforation made on the entire surface. The flow electric activator of water (13) comprises coaxially arranged electrodes (26, 28), a semipermeable diaphragm (27) between them. The outer electrode (26), performing the function of the housing has the form of a hollow cylinder with connecting nipples mounted in the threaded grooves of inlet (25) and outlet (32) pipelines.
