A method of manufacturing a color-coated roasted bird egg is provided. The method includes: cleaning a surface of a bird egg using cleaning water； aging the bird egg cleaned by the cleaning water for 40~50 hours at 40°C~50 °C； applying water soluble shellac to coat on the surface of the bird egg cleaned by the cleaning water； drying the bird egg coated with the water soluble shellac for 4~6 hours at room temperature； applying color solution to coat the surface of the dried bird egg； drying the bird egg coated with the color solution for 6~8 hours at room temperature； and heating the dried bird egg for 50~60 hours at 120℃ ~ 150℃, thereby various colors and patterns are coated on the surface of the bird egg to produce various appearances.L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un œuf d'oiseau rôti revêtu de couleur. Le procédé consiste : à nettoyer une surface d'un œuf d'oiseau à l'aide d'eau de nettoyage； à laisser vieillir l'œuf d'oiseau nettoyé par l'eau de nettoyage pendant 40~50 heures à 40~50 °C； à appliquer une gomme-laque soluble dans l'eau pour revêtir la surface de l'œuf d'oiseau nettoyé par l'eau de nettoyage； à sécher l'œuf d'oiseau revêtu de gomme-laque soluble dans l'eau pendant 4~6 heures à température ambiante； à appliquer une solution de couleur pour revêtir la surface de l'œuf d'oiseau séché : à sécher l'œuf d'oiseau revêtu de la solution de couleur pendant 6~8 heures à température ambiante； et à chauffer l'œuf d'oiseau séché pendant 50~60 heures à 120~150 °C, divers motifs et couleurs sont ainsi revêtus sur la surface de l'œuf d'oiseau pour produire divers aspects.
