PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily solid cosmetic in which candelilla wax is used, and which has sufficient hardness as a wax gel, has smooth spread as if melting, and has a fit feeling.SOLUTION: An oily solid cosmetic contains the following component (a) and (b): (a) candelilla wax； and (b) polyglycerol fatty acid ester in which a glycerol polymerization degree is 7-12, fatty acid is a branched chain fatty acid of carbon number 6-12, and an ester substitution degree is 65% or more.
